The Willseal PF100 is a high-performance, pre-compressed self-expanding foam joint seal engineered for prefabricated and modular construction applications. It forms a weathertight and airtight primary seal, expanding to fill gaps and maintain building envelope continuity with minimal site preparation.

Designed to streamline installation, PF100 eliminates the need for masking, priming, or backer rods, reducing labour and improving jobsite efficiency. Its UV-stable, high-density polyurethane foam delivers reliable long-term protection while remaining compatible with other Tremco sealants for seamless integration.
