Spectrem® 3 Silicone Sealant
Description: Spectrem® 3 is a single-component, neutral-cure, low-modulus construction-grade sealant featuring advanced silicone technology. It is non-staining and has low polar attraction, reducing dirt buildup and enhancing aesthetic appeal.
Basic Uses: Spectrem® 3 is specially formulated to seal porous stone, EIFS, metal panels, masonry, and precast concrete joints.
