Grown at elevations of 1,950–2,160 masl by over 500 smallholder farmers and processed at Tracon’s washing station, this coffee showcases the very best of Ethiopia’s heirloom varietals.
With a cup score of 87, Proem offers a tea-like body and lively acidity, balanced by deep layers of flavor. Expect delicate notes of jasmine and green tea, lifted with bursts of blueberry and blackberry, rounded out by a silky finish of dark chocolate.
