The Demeter Pendant honors the Greek goddess of the harvest, the earth, and the powerful cycle of loss and renewal.

Hand-sculpted in relief, Demeter appears in profile with a braided crown and flowing hair, her gaze turned downward in reflection. Behind her shoulder rise two wheat stalks — symbols of the fields she governs and the ancient promise that life returns after winter.

In Greek mythology, when Demeter’s daughter Persephone was taken to the underworld, Demeter refused to allow the earth to produce food. Crops failed, the land went barren, and the world stood still until Persephone returned. From this myth came the cycle of the seasons — the understanding that life withdraws, waits, and returns again.

This pendant captures that story through simple, sculptural elements: a grounded profile, rising wheat, and a textured field reminiscent of ancient coins and relic artifacts.
